Personal loan not that easy

<p>After trying to apply online for a personal loan ,I only ended up in dead street several times. Computer tells you that you are approved, then goes to time out.went into branch no help. Phoned customer line after 4 people not being able to help ,put down the phone FRustrating!!!!</p>
