personal loan nightmare

As a private client i have recieved the most disgusting service from Nedbank. I app**** for a personal loan its been two weeks no response no one can give me answers the call centre gives 5 different stories regarding the application.

utterly pathetic the loan department no one can reach them. is this what service is.
