Personal loan Nightmare

Im getting sick and tired of complaining about this loan account.

The debit order came off the 24 of September 2019. But today I get an SMS that my payment was missed.

Can you please change the debit order date to the last day of each month.

Im getting annoyed because every month the credit bureau says I missed the payment, but it's there.

Please get your act together and fix this as it's becoming irritating as hell to deal with this.

I'll respond to you via email. I want this fixed today and my credit profile corrected for the millionth time.
