Personal Loan Nedbank nonsense

Personal Loan division is nonsense , app**** for loan on Thursday and was told if i open Nedbank account it will be quicker , till today they are no funds in my account when i try to call help desk they not helping with anything. Application approved , documents signed then i do not get it whats the hold up. I totally do not advise anyone to make business with Nedbank. Im so dissapointed as i failed to meet what ever i had to do due to *********** services provided by Nedbank
