Personal Loan Feedback

I am not too sure how long it is supposed to take to received feedback RE my loan. I app**** last week Thursday, sent the documents then i was asked for more documents which i sent on Friday to "myapplication". I called today to get an update but no one seems to be able to tell me if they have at least received my documents or if they need any other documents? The loan is rather urgent and i haven't struggled in the past. I just want someone to tell me how far it is please?
