Personal Loan Department #FAILS

Started a Loan (personal)

COVID Came, and Boom, I had some financial issues. Initial loan amount 58 000.

Balance amount R100 000.

I cannot get anyone to help me go back to my normal instalment, I cannot get them to remove all the compounded interest, I cannot even understand what the person is saying on the other side of the telephone.

Can Nedbank not employee competent people, with competent equipment to do the job?

Pathetic, never do business with Nedbank.
