Personal loan declined

I have a personal loan , Bond and vehicle finance with Nedbank, last week I app**** for a further personal loan which was pre approved, but when the final assessment was done it came back declined the reason being I am a commission earner. my question is why have I been approved for a house, vehicle and a personal loan before? someone please provide me a clarity because I am failing to understand all these.
