Personal loan declined

Have been trying to apply for a personal loan from Nedbank it keeps declining was told there is account on my name that I was is overdue or not paid.I need explantion please .When I call Nedbank Retail Recoveries the consultant is unable to provide me with the details.Am dissappointed as no one is able to tell me the reason for declining my loan application.My ID ***
