Personal Loan Debited On date not signed for

I have taken out a personal loan with netbank.

My first debit is to be deducted on the 26th of June 2018.

They have started striking my account since the 22nd and sending me mesages that my Nedbank Personal Loan insurance cover for retrenchment, comprehensive disability and death will lapse due to continued non-payment. How the hell does this work if the arrangement is for the 26t of every month is this just a **** to not cover people if god forbid you get retreched.

I never signed for anything stating that they must start attempting the payment from as early as the 22nd.

I know my rights as a customer and this is not treating customers fairly

I want this sorted out effective immediatly
