Personal Loan Complaint

I was not helped with my personal loan problem and they are worse than I thought, they could not help me. I end up paying off the loan. when I ask them to remove my name from ITC they tell me I have to wait for 21days, funny when we open the account it takes less than an hour (loan account), but to cancel it now it take a month. am surprised because the ITC does not take more than 48 hours to clear once they get the request from the banks. Banks have the special inbox where their request are being attended with urgent. Nedbank they are out of order, I want them to clear my name immediately with ITC, they can clear their system after hundred years I don't mind. they can even red list me within their system its ok but my name on ITC should be clean.
