Personal loan arreas

I have a personal loan with nedbank. Unfortunately i fell behind on the payments and the loan was handed over for collections. The loan shows arreas on my credit profile. I phoned Nedbank to pay the arreas they reffered me to the collections agency. I phoned the collections agency and they reffered me back to nedbank. 3months later im still trying to find out to whom i must pay the arreas to clear my credit score and buy a house. Ive prob phoned 8 times between the two companies. This has really been a nightmare.
