Personal Loan Application still in process not Finalised after 2.5 weeks

I had made an online application on Friday 8th December 2017. Submitted all my documents to the branch. Week commencing 11th December 2017 I had to send through bank statements a few times , together with numerous documentation that had to be sent through to the Loans division about 4 or 5 times. Every other day there where different things that was required. then the loans department never received it every piece of documentation had to be sent more than twice which is absolutely ridiculous. To date its nearly 3 weeks later and STILL I HAVE NO APPROVAL. WHAT IS HAPPENING AT NEDBANK PERSONAL LOANS? I have never ever in my 7 yrs of being a client of Nedbank had this bad service. And if my loan does not get approved by tomorrow I will be closing my Cheque Account with Nedbank
