Personal loan application nightmare

I app**** for a personal loan 6 days ago. I have made countless calls and follow up regarding it and only to get told that its at "back office" (this secret place that nobody is allowed to talk to or interact with). I have filled in the documents twice and accepted the debit order on my bank app twice. Still nothing is getting completed or communicated with. I have to do all the follow up and just get brushed offed by the call center.

This is the worst banking experience I have ever had.
