Personal Loan And Pathetic Branch Service

Pathetic service from Nedbank loans and their Clear Waters branch, today Its is exactly 3 weeks since I have app**** for a loan and no one is keen to assist and I am the one who is always doing follow ups with the pathetic call center that has *********** stuff. I wonder why is the bank is paying its stuff if no one wants to work. I am no begging for money I am bringing business a good or a bad verdict would do at least I would know where I stand and take the business elsewhere.
