Personal loan account- Payment not reflecting

Im Frustrated and upset with Nedbank, i took a personal loan sometime last year and now i decide to settle the balance for the account to be closed. i made a lumpsum of payment on the 28th of February at 18h16 from Standard bank to the Nedbank account, then on the 2nd of March i paid the difference to settle the account. The payment made on the 2nd id reflecting on my loan account however the one paid on the 28th is not. I have been calling non stop and sending emails o *** and no one is acknowledging or even looking at my query. the 3 business days have passed, the funds were collected from my account and i need this account settled and closed. This will be messing my credit profile and i need it resolved as soon as possible
