Personal loan account difficulties

This 5 star review is for the people who actually helped me, everyone else who I spoke to before deserves 0 stars

Since the month of June I've been dealing with my personal loan account's debt date. I requested that from the month of June my debt order be on the 25th of every month. This was not done at all. I called again to have it corrected for July and it was not done again. (after being promised by multiple consultants that it was done) . I had enough and logged a complaint, CINDY Wessels from the complaints department took my complaint and escalated it as urgent within 5 mins I got a call from Nicolas Govender, What an amazing person he took my query on , made the changes kept me in the loop and was absolutely the best.

Nicolas and Cindy are seriously there to make a difference, the pervious agents were all just a waste of time
