Personal loan

I have a personal loan with Nedbank. Done some extra work in order to settle the loan. On my banking app the balance is outstanding is less than R8,000. Phone them to see if I can get a settlement amount. Was advised that the settlement is just under R9,000. I cannot get a discount as I am not under debt review or have a judgment against me - I am a good client. Sad that 'good clients' gets treated like this.
