Personal Loan

I had a personal loan with Nedbank in 2014 and was laid off from work in May 2015, i was telling them of challenges till i stopped working where i sufficed all the documents for insurance to settle and i was sent from pillar to post was also told the insurance can't pay out of all the bank it was only them which now they have sold the debt to Maphanga and Associates i have been listed on ITC cause of that. I am saying i am an honest citizen and would want to pay but not the exorbitant amount sold to the Attorneys and also would consider taking the matter with Banking Ombudsman even though its after a while but i cannot be prejudiced like this,
