2019 I took a loan with nedbank, they charged me double the interest, it happens that I was not able to my things went for debt counseling, nedbank stopped deducting thank I call them to start deducting again the person I spoke send me from pillar to post I didnt get clear information, than months went by they handed me to their lawyers without informing me that they will hand me to their lawyers, in my knowledge according to POPI act they not supposed to hand me in without informing me and especially if I have called them to arrange payments with them, now they have made authorized deduction while they of R3800,60 no one called me to inform me that they will deduct or to ask when can they deduct that money or to make arrangements. I called them I spoke to more than 5 or 6 people misleading and giving false information, they also send me from pillar to post now I don't even have money for transport and to buy important things, I mean I called for arrangements they were sending from pillar to post than make an authorized deduction

After I spoke to Lihle Mpofana on Friday about the unauthorized deductions she said that I must call and tell them they will refund me my money it wont take time not Justice is telling me that the refund will take 8 days and they still have to investigate, I called nedbank before they hand me over to their lawyers to make arrangements they didnt help, they than hand me over without communicating with me or to make arrangements with me now justice called tells me that its my fault where else I called before they hand me over to the lawyers to make arrangement, if they saw that the was no payments coming why didnt the continue with the deductions because I called them to deduct again on my account all I want is the money that they have deducted because I have made arrangement with their lawyers
