Personal information leaked to the company

Unfortunately I'm at my wits end. I have phoned multiple times to correct my email address but you keep sending my personal information to the wrong email address. Everytime I call the person assures me it has been updated, but, yet again, my home loan account is sent to the wrong address, gets grabbed by the catch all account and ticketed for everyone in the company to read.
