Personal Banking? No Service

It's been over a month since I asked my banker to clear errors on my account and I'm receiving NO feedback. Promo emails are sent, no problem, but there is not a lack of communication, there is ZERO communication unless you "harass" them for a single sentence response. I have THREE people in that email, not one it seems can give me the time of day.
