My mom is earning pension she is 76years old. the past 6months she has been reporting R400 that is deducted on her account by unknown people, Nedbank keeps sending her back to say should it happen again come back am not sure how they would do that....this time again on the 31st August 2024 again another deduction was made...is this fair mara
