Pensioner's account blocked

My mother Getrude Bukelwa Dlule who has been a customer with nedbank for years had to sleep in a cold dark house in pain because nedbank blocked her account because of fica documents,she went to nedbank on Friday to do the fica but I am telling you that as I'm writing this review she is still sitting in darkness the worst part is that she is a pensioner shame on you nedbank you have no mercy 😮💨.
