Pensioner ********** and Nedbank won't help

My 81 year old father who earns a tiny pension had R10K removed from his account this week. He has contacted Nedbank on several occasions and even braved going to a branch and they refuse to help him. It is a ********** transaction and should be reversed by the bank because it is another corporation that did the deduction. He now has no money to pay rent and buy food for the month. Disgusting that they cant help pensioners.
