Pending Activation status on my account

I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the freezing of my account without any prior communication or explanation. Despite calling the department and visiting the branch in person, I have not received any clear answers as to why this has happened.

This lack of transparency and support is extremely disappointing. As a trader, my livelihood depends on timely access to my funds, and this unresolved issue has caused a significant setback in my professional and personal life.

They responded via email wanting me to answer questions and I did that with proof attached but I didn’t get a response back from them.

I urgently request immediate resolution of this matter.
