Pending activation not removed by Nedbank dispite calling customer service!

I spoke to a guy named Thabiso today, I got paid on the 30th already but I'm struggling since the 25th my account shows pending activation. I cannot use my funds or even buy food or electricity or pay my account due to this now. I need my account to be activated immediately. I have my account for months already why only ask me know for coca documents! I was told that I will receive a call no call was made to me also I was told that it will be sorted it is still not sorted. I want to know who will be liable for my penalty fees for everything that was supposed to be paid. Is it Nedbank?
