PENALTY FOR NOT BEING A NEDBANK CLIENT

I wanted to invest based on the rates on Nedbank site. Upon querying this, I was informed that I must have my main account with Nedbank to get this rate of interest.

There is no disclaimer on the website that you must be a client to get the interest rate. I wonder if this will be regarded as false advertising.
