Penalty fee

I had an investment account with them, but I did not receive any notifications about when I can withdraw funds or if I want to continue for the next 32 days, I was forced to use the funds, knowing there will be a penalty fee I will have to pay, I was charged R318.! penalty fee, I was so shocked that I requested the funds to be paid out all in once. I will never bank or invest with Nedbank again.
