Penalties charged for cancelation of investment, because of death!!!!!

My mother past away in April 2019. She had investments with ABSA and Nedbank. Sanlam did the late estate. ABSA did not charged the heirs any penalties for cancelation of the investments because of death. But Nedbank took more than R10 000 for early cancelation of investments, because of death. One lady at Nedbank said what Nedbank did was wrong. I did speak to the manager of Nedbank, Somerset West, but he said I have to contact the deceased department of Nedbank in Johannesburg. I did this every working day, but no answer. I have also emailed them, but no answer. Nobody want to help me. The service from Nedbank is terrible. Can someone help?
