Payshap not helpful on the App

I have been calling customer care and going on the App but I can't do what I want to do, what is the point of having an App which is not helpful it's been 3 days trying to register my payshap Id, the App keeps saying there is something wrong on our side try again later, when I call none of the consultants can help me they only tell me that they will escalate the matter. Honestly these is poor service and why does the App have features that don't work. Someone send me money via payshap but I can't receive it. I'm very disappointed😔
