payshap error

on the 1st of March I deposited money into a closed standard bank account via payshap. on the 3rd i was made aware by the recipient and i called the bank to lodge a dispute. I was told the matter will be resolved in 2days. when i called back on Wednesday spoke to a lady by Bianca and she said she will send me a recall form which il be charged a R300and odd rands and that doesn't guarantee that i will get my money back
