Payshap didn’t go through.

Nedbank is very *********** bank I have ever seen, poor service and poor personnel. I send someone payshap a month ago even today the matter has not been resolved. Every time after they verified my details they drop the phone and never came back to me. I don’t know what should one do now. Seems like the Nedbank personnel don’t even know what they are doing shame. This is soo frustrating. Any advice please.
