PayPal and Nedbank Business Banking

I went to Nedbank Northgate, to open a business account. I was torn between Nedbank and FNB. Nedbank has a specialized e-commerce offering, so they immediately appealed to me. I asked my business banker if my account could be linked to PayPal, the answer was 'yes', my decision was made, if Nedbank can link my account to PayPal then perfect. Now that the account is open I went to the bank to get them to either show me how to or link my account to PayPal. Then the worst think happened, the said 'Sorry unfortunately you gonna have to go to FNB to get assistance with PayPal.' This is just plain and simply *********** and borderline *********, I know had to open a savings account with FNB in order for me link my Nedbank Acccount to PayPal. What kind of service is Nedbank offering? Well done to FNB for allowing any South African bank to link with PayPal via their platform. Why are the other banks incapable of doing the same?
