Payments Not reflecting

<p>Good day. I keep experiencing the same problem every month now. I paid R2900 on Monday 27 March to MrPrice via their online payment like i have always done. The amount was debited but when i called MrPrice today i was told the money has not reflected and it is not showing on my statement either. Yesterday i checked my statement, the transaction was not there but the statement had outstanding movements of about R3200 approximately and i assumed it will reflect today. But to my surprise, outstanding movements balance this morning was not longer there and the transaction still not reflecting. I called Nedbank and the lady tried to assit me but could and escallated the matter. </p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone kindly assist me on this matter ASAP and ensure that this does not happen AGAIN. In january same thing happend, had to go through the process of calling and going back and fourth between nedbank and MrPrice. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
