Payment Reversal

I was shocked that I cannot reverse a payment on Nedbank Mobile App , while I ask Heyned I was told I am going to be charged R350 for it , that’s ridiculous, other banks you can reverse on the app or via cellphone banking. I emailed nedbank for my concern still they haven’t rep**** to me . They really need to update their system regarding this or unless they will loose clients
