Payment Plan arranged but still getting attorney messages

Hi

i have a personal load with Nedbank and i have been unemployed since April last year so i was unable to make payment. However i have made arrangements for 300 to be debited off my account as of this month which got debited off my account 25th march. i now receive a sms stating i must call Pamela from attorney Erasmus to make a payment arrangement but that already been done. please help with these flipin annoying people.
