Payment overseas quicker than Nedbanka service

I received a Paysharp payment on 9th . Paysharp should be a. Immediate payment. Today is the 16th nothing . It shows in account under current but it is not available. On chat it yes me that the account does not have Paysharp. Best t on the app I have a Paysharp ID. And person paying also did validate my I'd before paying. Went to branch on Thursday last week. I was advised it should show that day. Friday morning back to bank .only them a call is logged. And they said it should show Saturday. Yesterday I phone customer service only to hear they don't work over weekends. And it should take three business days from Monday being the 15th.

No offence even sending money overseas is quicker. And this for a payment method that should be immediate.

Absolutely dumb struck. And irritation is out of this world.
