Payment of the amount i never received

I app**** for a loan via a company called Prosperoh on 17/06/2015, they secured a loan of R65000 from Nedbank. They said in order to receive the loan i must buy product from them. i opted for an Lt Flat screen Tv which they said is R21574. The total Instalmennt for Nedbank is R2446.94. I never received the TV.i received only R43426. I reported the matter to Nedbank with all relevant papers required in November 2015. They promised to resolve the matter. Untill today i am still paying the R2446.94 as if i received R65000 instead i received only 43426. I need closure on the matter. at least they must review my instalment or do something. I signed for R65000 but did not receive it.
