Payment nor reflecting

Good day. I made a payment from my bank FNB to a recipiant that has a Nedbank account. This payment was made on Wednesday the 16th Oct and till date has not reflected in the recipiant's account. However when I communicated to my bank, the payment was successful from my aprt and it's an error or shortcoming from yours. Can you kindly assist.
