Payment made but never received

In June 2015 i contacted Nedbank because i wanted to pay of my account. They gave me the amount of R4667. I made the payment. in the beginning of July we received a statement not reflecting any payment received i did some inquiry Nedbank send me to FNB. Fnb send me back to nedbank. no one still have answer for me to where the payment went to.i send proof of payment so [Email Removed] ref *** no reply i made plenty of complaints with ref nr 738729 and *** with no reply the telephone numbers i used is *** and ***. THIS IS REALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE.
