Payment Holiday - Credit Score Affected Negatively

Absolutely horrible service from Nedbank. I recently accepted a payment holiday on my loan due to Covid-19. I was then retrenched, but my credit insurance have been paying my loan for the last couple of months. I checked my credit score and Nedbank has now listed my loan as overdue. Tried to resolve this with one of their consultants over the phone, but I am getting stupid answers. My credit score has dropped with 40 points for no valid reason because of this.
