PAYMENT DONE BUT NOT RECEIVING ANY FEEDBACK .

In 2010 our car caused damage to the our neighbours property, We were required to pay back +-R56 713.13 for the damages caused. We paying R1000.00 per month but we are not getting any updates on the outstanding balances ,we don't even know the person who is responsible for the account. At the beginning we were told that Annelin Van Zyl is the person in charge but when calling she is no where to be found .please update us on the outstanding balance and the name and the contact numbers of the person in charge.the last time we received the balance was in 22 January 2014 after making several phone calls.
