Payment caused internet banking to crash

<p>Made a payment to bidorbuy. The payment caused internet banking to crash out of the website and log me off. When I logged back in the payment did not show in my history. It did however show on bidorbuy.</p> <p> </p> <p>Asked Nedbank to call me, haven't heard anything in 2 and a half days.</p>
