Payment arrangements done but not honoured

I made payment arrangements for my existing loan and received a confirmation that the amount agreed upon will be deducted. To my surprise when I checked my bank statement, the original amount was deducted few days earlier than the agreed date. I then called the call centre spoke to the very same person I made the arrangements with (not sure of his name but I think its Sifiso) and he apologised and assured me that the matter has been escalated and a refund will be processed asap due to the fact that the correct amount has to be deducted in the next couple of days. The arranged amount was due to be deducted on the 31st..... Very polite and helpful consultant. Called yesterday was transferred more than 5 times trying to speak to the right department until I spoke to Carol. Told her the whole story again, she relayed all the info to her Team leader (Andile Centane) who apparently "said" I should call AGAIN to find out if the refund will be done, what an appauling response/customer service I felt that was!!!! I asked that he rather contacts me before cob which he never did nor did Carol who also promised to call me back after her lunch as this was a matter of urgency because the debit order would be processed at night. Now I'm sitting with an overdrawn account with returned debit orders. The one thing which i was trying to avoid by making those arrangements. I would like a letter which I will take to my bank advising that the returned debit orders on my account were not due to negligence but an error made by yourselves. Obviously your debit order also was returned because they were not sufficient funds to accomodate 2 deductions of the same loan. I would also like NEDBANK to pay each and every R115.00 that I'm being charged because of your negligence. As a bank Im sure you understand the repocussions this will have on my credit profile. I would appprecitate feedback asap and the correct amount to be deducted on my account. I've always been such a loyal client to Nedbank, praised and recommended it to other people but this experience has left me with doubts and you now have a very unhappy client.
