Payment Arrangement

Good day.

I took out a personal loan at Nedbank in September 2019, however after taking out the loan I experienced financial difficulty and was not able to make payments on my loan I have made arrangements for payments but I was not able to comply with my arrangement. I am now being threatened by Nedbank with legal action. I contacted them today to make an arrangement again to for a lower payment but I was told that if I do not pay the whole ammount immidiatly they will continue with legal action and they will not accept my arrangement. Is it not against the NCR to refuse a lower payment arrangement. I know I failed in making payments but I am trying from my side to try and pay something
