Payment arrangement

I contacted the Nedbank Bond department on the 20th November 2017, and I was referred to collection department where I spoke to Tumi. I informed her that the Bond registration was done on the 17th November 2017 at the Deeds Offices and we already have lease agreement (rental)expiring on the 31th December 2017. I related my problem that won’t have money to pay for both rental and bond at the same time; hence I have contacted them to reschedule payment for the 15th December 2017 to the 15th January 2018. Tumi said that the arrangement won’t be possible unless I am in arrears, but that she will escalate the proposed request to her supervisor who will probably contact me for feedback before the end of the business day. Up until now I am still waiting for their feedback. As a loyal customer I feel very disappointed, confused, frustrated and stressed. Do I have to be in arrears and have bad credit record before I get assisted? Reference Number: ********** 7 14:17 Bond Account: ********** ********** Cell : **********
