Paying for unwanted private banker

After complaining for years on end (10 - 15 years) about private bankers we have never asked for and who have done absolutely nothing for us over the years and after realizing we have been actually paying (which no-one ever told us!) for a service we never wanted and after quite a few fights via Hellopeter and with Nedbank, we succeeded a couple of years ago in being transferred to our local branch and not being private banker clients anymore. After questioning my service fees that is much higher than my wife's, we were told yesterday by our very helpful and friendly bank manager that although I have been transferred to the local branch my account has never been changed to a normal account like my wife's and I am STILL paying private banker fees. I guess I can't expect you to pay back those fees although it is indicated on my account that I have been moved to my local branch. Don't bother replying if you can't apologize and only want to make excuses. Furthermore - you removed my wife's complaint regarding the private banker fees yesterday because she "was not the client", although we both had the same problem and went to our local branch together to sort it out a couple of years ago....but only her account has been rectified. She also has signing rights on my account as far as I know. You have also recently removed my wife's previous complaint regarding sms's she received for another person's garage card - if she receives sms's on her phone, how is it not her complaint to make? Obviously you feel no need to address problems.
