Paying for personal loan after it was settled.

I have been struggling for days, weeks months. I have settled my personal loan months ago. After settling my loan account they deducted money from my personal account on the 28th of December and the 2nd of January. (not the 1st time at all)

When you phone the loan department they divert you to account department and they never answer the phone.

Also tried fb messaging them, they just reply we are investigating the matter. 12days after 2nd of January and I am out of 2213.18+1086. No speed or client service. I want my own money back asap.
