Paying for card retained by NEDBANK ATM

<p>I clearly dont get why I have to pay for my card being retained by a Nedbank ATM, it would have been different if i had lost the card, but no it was reatined. I called to stop the card and explained that it was retained by the ATM.</p> <p>This is a money making scheme.</p> <p>Whose fault is this?</p>
