Paying every month but being harrassed on daily basis

Please stop with this harassment I have been paying this account EVERY MONTH since I lost my job due to being in hospital for 2 months in the ICU fighting for my life. Nedbank did not even assist in helping me with this matter because I am still on 24 hour oxygen. Everyday its 2 messages and then I phone they tell mr to ignore. Then a sms to say that I have been handed over its like you woke up now after sleeping since 2021. I can not upset myself because then I am experiencing panic attacks so tell me now what you actually want me to do.
